WHO Scientific Advisory Group of reports about the origin of innovative pathogens about the origin of SARS-COV-2

The WH Who Scientific Advisory Group for the Origins of Novel Pathogens (Sago), panel 27 of the independent, international, multidisciplinary experts, today published a report on the beginnings of SARS-COV-2, a virus responsible for Covid-19 pandemic.

Sago developed the understanding of the beginnings of Covid-19, but as they say in their report, no information needed to evaluate all hypotheses was given.

In his report, Sago considered the available evidence of the main hypotheses for the origin of Covid-19 and came to the conclusion that “the weight of available evidence … suggests a zoonotal background … either directly from bats or by the intermediate host.”

Sago published his preliminary findings and recommendations in the report of June 9, 2022. Today’s report updates this assessment based on reviewed documents and reviews, as well as available unpublished field research and research, interviews and other reports, including audit results, government reports and intelligence reports. Sago convened in various formats 52 times, conducted severance pay with researchers, scientists, journalists and others.
