Waters Corporation announced today that she had purchased Halo Labs™Innovator of specialized imaging technologies for detecting, identifying and counting disturbing materials (particles) in therapeutic products such as cell therapies, protein and gene.
Aura™ The Halo Labs platform contains a highly varied technology that carries out the analysis of full spectrum particles and is complemented by water scattering solutions from Wyatt Technology technology™ File. For example, its subconscious particle technology unlocks additional insight when characterizing external particles used to amplify T car cells for cell therapy, detecting these translucent process pollution, which is currently undetectable using standard methods. By purchasing this innovative company, Waters will be able to integrate this developing technology with the new and existing development of large molecules and QA/QC, providing key value added to customers, while accelerating the company’s growth in analytical tests and bioprzerflees for large particles.
The addition of innovative low -test technology, high bandwidth with Halo Labs provides an analysis of a wide range of types of sample and volume, enabling prior information during therapy and greater safety during production “
