Most Americans oppose the sale of fast food in hospitals

Fast food, such as Cheeseburgers, fried chicken and pizza should not be sold in hospitals, most Americans say in the new committee of responsible medicine/morning survey. The survey is a new report from the Non-Profit doctors committee from 17,000 members of the doctor who is in at least 20 American hospitals or medical centers.

Asked: “Do you think fast food-so like fried chicken, cheeseburgers or pizza should be a selfin hospital for patients, guests and staff?” 52% of respondents stated “NO” and 57% stated that hospitals should not benefit from fast food sold on their premises. Most respondents, 85%, agreed that these foods do not promote good health. The survey was conducted from 1 to 3 July 2025, among adults in the USA.
